250 DUCTILE IRON SERIES INNER LAYER SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR IN-PLANT AND OVER-THE-DITCH APPLICATIONS

TEK-RAP 250 Dl SERIES is a two component co-extruded coating consisting of polyethylene and butyl rubber adhesive. This specially designed Inner Layer conforms to the irregular dimensions of ductile iron pipe allowing the Inner Layer to come in contact with the pipe surface for a total bond. Below properties are based on a 25 mil Inner Layer.
